Why Triple C exists
A practical response to limited opportunity
Triple C was created to discourage irregular migration and improve livelihoods by giving young people in Kartong and surrounding areas access to practical, marketable skills.
Vision
To prepare and equip youth, including differently abled persons, with skills and technical knowledge to become responsible, reliable, and productive in an economically viable society.

What the work looks like
Education as empowerment, skills as opportunity
Current programs include tailoring and fashion design, hairdressing and beauty cosmetology, catering, and carpentry and joinery.
Employability training
Triple C trains young people, women, and differently abled persons so they can become employable and secure a more decent livelihood.

Qualified instruction and curriculum
The center provides the required skills training with qualified trainers and a standard curriculum so learning quality stays consistent.
A serious, community-centered initiative
The center is licensed and accredited by NAQAA, is a NAVSTI member, operates under the Ministry of Higher Education framework, and is governed by a board of directors.
Questionnaire responses confirm four active classes, two graduation ceremonies, and a governance structure led operationally by Adama Gaye as Director and Head of School.
