About Triple C

A skills training center serving youth in Kartong and the wider West Coast Region.

Triple C is officially a skills training center and also operates through Triple C Foundation, supporting trainees aged 18 to 35 with practical pathways into work and better livelihoods.

Mission

To be the very best at what we do, enhance sustainability, and create positive and meaningful change in the lives and livelihoods of our trainees.

Vision

To prepare and equip youth, including differently abled persons, with skills and technical knowledge to become responsible, reliable, and productive in an economically viable society.

Educational approach

Triple C provides qualified trainers, follows a standard curriculum, and combines practical training with entrepreneurship support and scholarship access where possible.

Practical skills focus

The center currently delivers tailoring and fashion design, hairdressing and beauty cosmetology, catering, and carpentry and joinery.

Local development and autonomy

Triple C works to improve local livelihoods and reduce the pressure toward irregular migration by making skills training available close to home.

Why this matters

Kartong is seen locally as a gateway for irregular migration. A functioning skills center gives young people another path based on employability, dignity, and self-reliance.
